Finance Minister Janardan Sharma has informed that a suggestion committee has been formed to solve the problems seen in the capital market. Speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu on Wednesday to mark the 30th anniversary of the Nepal Securities Board, Finance Minister Sharma said that a suggestion committee was formed on Wednesday to resolve various issues in the securities and capital market sector. He said that a four-member suggestion committee has been formed with the participation of the Ministry of Finance, Rashtra Bank and Securities Board. He said that the improvement works will be started on the basis of the suggestions given by the committee. Similarly, Finance Minister Sharma said that since the time of his leadership, the stock market has been identified and strengthened and new technology has to be introduced. He stressed on the need to enhance the capacity of the regulatory body to protect the interests of investors. He stressed on the need to make the automated transaction system global and create a conducive environment for transactions.
