The National Youth Association of Nepal has lodged a complaint with the authority demanding investigation into the irregularities in the embossed number plate. The youth association has lodged a complaint with the authority alleging that the company blacklisted by the World Bank has been given a contract to have an embossed number. The organization has demanded investigation and action against the person involved in the irregularity of the embossed number plate. He also informed the authorities about the reason for not putting Devanagari script on the embossed number plate and the pressure on the public to keep the embossed number. Kiran Poudel, president of the youth association, said that there was policy corruption in the embossed number plate and that it should be investigated. He said that if embossed number plates are required for security, the burden should not be imposed on the people. He said that the fact-finding commission should do the embossed number plate. Stating that the case has not been registered on the basis of any request bias, the authorities have also stated that the investigation should be done in an impartial manner.
