Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has directed the government to investigate the murder of Binod Shahi of Achham and bring the culprit to book. In a meeting of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, CPN-UML MP from Achham Yagya Bogati drew attention to the delay in bringing the culprit to justice even after two weeks. MP Sahi accused the politicization. He drew the attention of the government through the speaker to bring the accused of murder to justice by the Achham administration. Bogati said that the complaint was not registered after the Home Minister expressed his commitment to take action against the culprits. The body of Binod Shahi, 16, of Panchadewal Binayak Municipality Ward No. 4 of Achham was found on the hill near his house on June 6 morning. Relatives of the deceased have been accusing him of murder.
